Shortcut Manager - Shortcuts disappear when scrolling through bindings list
If you view a category in Shortcut Manager that is scrollable and scroll down, the entries in the Shortcut column will disappear.
1. Install Unity
2. Open Unity
3. Create a new project with any settings
4. When the project has been created, go to Edit > Shortcuts
5. Select the "All Unity Commands" category
6. Scroll down the list
Expected Result:
As you scroll down the list, the shortcuts are displayed correctly.
Actual Result:
As soon as you leave the top of the list, the Shortcuts column goes blank.
Tested on Windows.
