Shift + space maximizes the Services tab if the Services tab is in a tab group
To reproduce:
1. Make sure that Inspector and Services tabs are in one group
2. Click on Services tab
3. Click on Inspector tab
4. Shift + space to maximize the Inspector
5. Observe that the Services tab is maximized instead
Expected: shift + space maximizes the selected tab instead of the Services tab
