Shared comments are lost when exporting/importing a CSV file
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "LocBugRepro.zip"
2. Select "SweetTable" Asset in Assets folder and select "Open in Table Editor"
3. Add shared comments in the Localization Tables window
4. Export CSV(with comments)
5. Delete the comments from the Localization Tables window
6. Import the exported CSV
Expected result: Shared comments are imported
Actual result: Shared comments are not imported
Reproducible with: 0.10.0-preview (2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.27f1), 1.0.5 (2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0b6), 1.1.0, 1.1.1 (2022.2.0a3)
