Shadows are not displayed in Game View when Physical Camera component is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Open 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Move 'Cube Center' GameObject along the positive X-axis until shadow disappears
Expected result: Shadow of GameObject is displayed in Game View
Actual result: Shadow of GameObject is not displayed in Game View
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b9, 2019.2.27f1, 2019.3.0a8, 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.9f1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a7
Could not test with: 20174.32f1 because Physical Camera is not introduced
