ShadowCaster2D breaks on certain Rotation positions when Casting Source is set to PolygonCollider2D
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ShadowTest.zip” project
2. Open the “ShadowTest” Scene
3. Select the “Shadow” GameObject from the Hierarchy
4. Rotate the GameObject on the Z-axis from ‘0' to '360’ in the Inspector
5. Observe the shadow in the Game view
Expected result: The shadow remains consistently shown
Actual result: At certain rotation values the shadow breaks/gets cut off
Reproducible with: 6000.0.31f1, 6000.1.0a7
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.54f1 (Casting Source option is not available)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- The shadow remains displayed correctly in the Scene view
- Also reproduces in the Player
