[ShaderGraph] Wrong setting path in tooltip for exceeded variant limit
Steps to reproduce:
- Import "Production Reader Shaders" sample from shadergraph package in the Package Manager window
- Open "Production Ready Shaders/Lit/URPLit" shadergraph
- Look at the blackboard
- If the following error isn't displayed, reduce the Shader Variant Limit in Project Settings > Shader Graph
Actual results:

Expected results: Hovering text show path to "Project Settings > Shader Graph"
