[ShaderGraph] Node previews are missing on opening the shader graph a second time
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new LWRP template project
2. In the Project Window, right-click -> Create -> Shader -> PBR Graph
3. Open the newly created graph and create a fresnel effect node
4. Save and close the graph
5. Reopen it and observe the fresnel Node Preview
Expected result: The preview shows the current state of the effect on a sphere mesh
Actual result: The preview is grey/missing
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a9, 2018.3.0a1
Not reproducible in: 2018.2.5f1, 2018.1.9f2
Note: Reproduces with both LWRP and HDRP render pipelines
