[ShaderGraph] Graph Inspector > Node Settings textfields do not scale properly, making it hard to read/edit longer inputs
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create or open any project with ShaderGraph
2. Create or open any existing Shader Graph asset
3. Create a new Shader Graph property
4. Select the created property
5. Write a relatively long name for the property, so it would go beyond the bounds of textfield (Graph Inspector -> Node Settings -> Name)
6. Scale the Graph Inspector window to see the whole name
Expected result: Textfield should be fixed to the window when expanding it
Actual results: Textfields only stretch when expanding the window, forcing to expand the window way more than you need to in order to see the whole name
Reproducible with: ShaderGraph 10.2.2 (2020.2.3f1)
