Shader properties window missing certain features, adding 'Space' to unexpected places

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select 'Sphere' in the Hierachy
3. Check the Renderer properties in the Inspector

Note: The Albedo color selection box is missing

4. Open the 'Static Object PBS shader'
5. Switch places the lines #8 and #9
6. Step #3

Note: The Albedo color selection box is now present

Note: Lines #11 and #18 add spaces to unexpected places in the Renderer properties window (demonstrated in the attached images)
