Shader is not rendered when platform is set to iOS
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Switch the build platform to iOS
3. Observe the Game view
Expected outcome: The sphere does not become pink
Actual outcome: The sphere becomes pink
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b4, 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.12f1, 2023.3.0b9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.2.0b3
