Shader Graph's Material's Vector4's values can not be saved and revert to defaults after being changed
To reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Select the "New Material"
3. Try changing the _Albedo_ST value
Expected result: The values are changed
Actual result: The values reset right after changing or after reimporting the material file
Reproduced with: 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a12
Not reproduced with 2019.2 and earlier - Shader Graph 7.1.1 was not available

Resolution Note:
<TextureName>_ST is an automatic property with special handling rules and is stored together with the texture property. It is not supposed to be overwritten by declaring a property with the same name.
