[Shader Graph] Sub Graph throws a ArgumentNullException when a Property is added
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1334813_Repro" project
2. Double-click on the "New Shader Sub Graph" Asset
3. In the Shader Sub Graph window draw the "Float" Property to the workspace
Expected results: The Property is added to the workspace
Actual results: The "ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null." error is thrown
Reproducible with: 11.0.0 (2021.1.7f1)
Not reproducible with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.26f1), 10.5.0 (2020.3.8f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a17)
Could not test with: 2018.4 because HDRP/URP with Shader Graph was not yet available
