Shader graph preferences have no padding
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open a new URP project
# Edit > Preferences > Shader Graph.
*Actual results:* Shader graph preferences settings are to the left of the title.
*Expected results:* Shader graph preferences settings are in line with the title. For example, _Preferences > Timeline_ or _Preferences > Scene View._
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.15f1, 2022.3.27f1, 2021.3.42f1
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 24.04
*Notes:*
* Attached screenshots of the preference settings.
* Did not regression test much as this is a minor cosmetic issue. Please contact ticket reporter if further testing is required.
