Shader Graph Blackboard property unresponsive after clicking on property
How to reproduce:
1. Open a Unity project with the Shader Graph package installed
2. Right-click in the Assets folder > Create > Shader Graph > any selection from there
3. Open the Shader Graph
4. Press the “+” icon in the Blackboard to create a new property
5. Click on the property and try deleting it, or double-clicking on it, or changing something in the Graph Inspector
Expected result: Able to make property adjustments
Actual result: Properties are unable to be selected by one, deleted, double-clicked, edited
Reproducible with: 16.0.0 (2023.2.0a6), 16.0.1 (2023.2.0a10)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.1 (2020.3.47f1), 12.1.10 (2021.3.22f1), 14.0.7 (2022.2.15f1), 15.0.5 (2023.1.0b12), 16.0.0 (2023.2.0a5)

Fixed by another internal issue: SGB-518: Shadergraph blackboard properties are all selected as soon as the user performs a right-click
