4.5: Shader compiler throws "Empty program string'' error on missing property declaration
To reproduce:
1. Import the repro package
2. Create a new material and add the RGBMSkyboxCubed shader to it
3. An error that says "Shader error in 'Custom/RGBMSkyboxCubed': Empty program string" appears in the console - it's not helpful at all
Regression since 4.3.4f1
Alternatively you can import the attached project169 - the error should be present. If not, try creating a new material and adding the shader to it.
