Setting the position of an IK goal to the same position makes the body part move in world space
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project "IKtest"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Select game object 'ikTestChar" in the Hierarchy
4. Check the "Activate IK" box in the Inspector under "Debug IK Test (Script)" component
5. Observe the Scene View
Expected: the knees of the character stay in the same position
Actual: the knees of the character shift forward when IK is activated
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.3f1, 2018.2.0b6
By design: a stretch was specified in Avatar's Muscle & Settings tab
