Physics debugger window has no minimum width/height set
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Open the Physics Debugger window (Window > Analysis > Physics Debugger)
- Resize the Physics Debugger window to the smallest possible
- Observe the Physics Debugger window
Actual results: The Physics Debugger can be resized to a tiny window
Expected results: The Physics Debugger window has a minimum width/height set
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.1f1, 6000.3.0a5
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6
