Regression
No
Setting the Camera.targetTexture through a script will cause the depth buffer to start clearing between camera renders
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "UnityBugDepthClear.zip"
2. Open SampleScene
3. Click Play
4. Click Space
Expected result: You can still see the smaller sphere in front of the big sphere
Actual result: The big sphere is rendered in front of the smaller sphere
Reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.0a17

Resolution Note:
We are not making changes to this portion of the built in renderer as it gives a large chance of regressing user projects that expect the current behaviour.
