Setting Spring Joint's Min and Max Distance to be equal causes the Connected Body to jitter when changing the Min value again
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. In the Hierarchy, select the "Spring" GameObject
4. In the Spring Joint tab, Change the Max Distance to a higher value (ex. 2)
5. Change the Min Distance to be equal to the Max Distance
6. Change the Min Distance to be lower than the Max Distance (but not equal to 0)
Expected result: Distances are changed
Actual result: Distances are changed but the Connected Body starts to jitter
Reproducible with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.4f1, 2020.1.0b1, 2020.2.0a2
