Setting Particle Emission Intensity to infinity makes the whole Scene View black
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the User's attached "2021.2-HDRP.zip" project
2. In the Hierarchy select the Cloner GameObject
3. In its Inspector expand the Particle component and its Emission Inputs element
4. Slide the Emission Intensity slider to the right until it reaches "Infinity"
5. Close and reopen the project
6. Observe the Scene View
Expected result: Scene view is not black
Actual result: Scene view is black
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b3, 2022.1.0a2
Could not test with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.15f1 (project corrupts when downgraded)
Note:
-A workaround seems to be entering the Play Mode and exiting it
