Setting Animator's parameter does not work if prefab with animator was instantiated in Awake and it has "Network Identity"
To reproduce:
1. Open users project "BugSetAnimatorFloat.zip".
2. Open and Play "SceneStart" scene.
3. Open Console and Animator window to see results.
Expected result: All 3 instances would have their parameter set correctly.
Actual result: only instance (Instantiated during start and set during start) has it's parameter set correctly.
Reproducible: 5.3.7p1, 5.4.5p1, 5.5.3p2, 5.6.0p3, 2017.1.0b2
Not reproducible: 5.6.0a3-5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0a6
