Selecting Scene Template in the project settings removes the active render pipelines
1) Open any project using URP or HDRP (if doesnt repro, reopen the project before doing anything)
2) In the project settings, select Scene template
Result: Active RP is lost
Expected: Active RP is not lost
I have tested:
HDRP + current trunk
URP + public package 14.0.2
Unity 2022.2.a9
