Selecting a Prefab behind a canvas selects child gameObject instead of parent
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the latest attached project(oc link)
2. Select one gameobject in the scene view
3. Position view so another object is behind a canvas
4. Select the gameobject behind the canvas
Expected result: in both cases, the parent object should be selected
Actual result: when a gameobject is behind a canvas, it's child is selected
Reproduced on 5.6.3p2, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0b1
