Selecting a cloth and returning to transform gizmo still enlarges particles
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Untitled scene
3. Select the cloth
4. Switch to move/transform gizmo
5. Mouse over the cloth
Expected result: nothing happens
Actual result: Particles enlarge themselves (the one which is being mouse overed)
