Selected build target from the enum field of BuildTarget gets deselected when deselecting the asset
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “BuildTargetInspectorIssue-2022.2.zip” project
2. In the Project window, select “MySettings.asset”
3. In the Inspector window, open the “Build Target” dropdown menu and select “iOS”
4. Deselect and select again “MySettings.asset”
5. Observe the Build Target
Expected result: Build Target is “iOS”
Actual result: Build Target is “Standalone OSX”
Reproducible with: 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.0f1, 2023.1.0b19, 2023.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.26f1, 2022.2.20f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.48f1
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
Note: reproducible when selecting Build Targets: Standalone Windows, iOS, Android, WSA Player, Xbox One, Stadia, Linux Headless Simulation, Game Core Xbox One, PS5, Embedded Linux, QNX

Please patch the 2022 LTS with this fix. Most build systems are broken until this is done.
