Select Window tab resets to Assets when the Scene tab was selected the last time the Select Window was opened
How to reproduce:
1. Select "Main Camera"
2. Press circle to select Target Texture
3. Press on the Scene tab and close the Select Window
4. Press circle to select Target Texture again
Expected result: The Scene tab is open in the Select Window
Actual result: Assets tab is open in the Select Window
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b5
