select 'download all' while downloading other packages causes failure to download.
Scenario 1:
1. Point to internal server
2. Open MM and start downloading iPhone and WP8Player
3. Then select 'download all'
Observe: Android and BB jumps directly to installing after which they return to being not installed and ready to download. The packages haven't been downloaded either.
Scenario 2:
1. Open MM and start downloading WP8Player
2. then select 'download all'
Observe: this time the packages starts to download except that iPhone fails and reverts back to not installed status and can't be downloaded at all after
