Secondary Save Assets blank window appears when saving with 'verify saved assets' enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "VerifySavedAssetsBlankWindow.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Create a new game object and make it prefab
3. Click Close without saving
4. Click "Save All" button in "Save Assets" appeared window
5. Observe secondary blank window
Expected result: After saving Unity closes and no window appears
Actual result: After saving before Unity closes a secondary black window appears
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a19, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0a18, 2020.2.0a4, 2020.2.0a15
