Second Directional Light is not baked if it has identical transform rotation as the first one
To reproduce:
1. Open repro project
2. Duplicate and bake 'Directional Light'
Expected vs Actual: there should not be sphere's shadow on plane or warning message should be thrown
3. Change duplicated light rotation, bake light
4. Notice that there is no sphere's shadow on plane as expected
Reproduced on: 5.6.0f3, 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b6, 2018.1.0a2
