Duplicated baked lights placed in same position produce double lighting, which can be disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "DoubleDirLight.zip" and scene "1"
2. In Lighting Settings window, Generate Lighting
3. In Hierarchy window, select "Directional Light (1)" GameObject
4. In Inspector window, disable the GameObject
5. Observe Game View
Expected result: The lighting doesn't change
Actual result: The lighting changes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.12f1, 2019.4.22f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b11, 2021.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.3.11f1
