Searcher example host window is blank on startup. Refer the attached video

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Window > Package Manager
3) Search and install "Searcher" Package
4) Searcher > Searcher Example host window

Actual result: Searcher example host window is blank on startup

Expected result: Window should not be blank on startup

Occurring on: 2020.1.0a1, 2019.3.0b1

Environment: Both Windows and Mac

Note: Searcher package is introduced in 2019.3.0a12
