Search window is unusable when minimized to the smallest possible size
How to reproduce:
1. Open/create any project
2. Open the search window
3. Scale it to the smallest possible window
4. Observe the window
Expected result: Window is small, but still possible to use
Actual result: Window is too small to see any search results
Reproducible with: 2021.3.25f1, 2022.2.21f1, 2023.1.0b18, 2023.2.0a16

Resolution Note:
Our stance on this is the user will size the window in a way that make sense. It is really impossible to account for all workflows: left side panel, right side panel, status bar....
