Search: UI Icon for scroll bar overlaps with saved searches panel
Repo steps:
- Open Unity Scene
- Open Window > Search > New window
- Click the "saved searches panel" under the search bar
- Resize the window by moving the bottom of the window all the way to the top
Expected Result: UI stops overlapping
Actual Result: UI overlaps in the menu
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a9
Not Reproducible with: 2021.3.21f1
Cannot test with: 2020.3.46f1, 2022.2.13f1 (scroll bar doesn't exist)
Platforms tested: Win 11

Too minor of a bug. The whole window is not usable anyway if it is too small.
