Search fields are not populated even though they are highlighted as selected
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the Preferences or Project Settings window
3. See that the search field is highlighted
4. Without clicking on the search field attempt to type something into the search
Expected result: search field is populated
Actual result: search field is not populated
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a11, 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.0a10(search fields are not highlighted upon opening the window)
