Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "IN-97613" project
2. In the Toolbar select Window → “Repro”
3. In the “Repro” window click “Add Items” twice
4. Observe the scroll bar in the “Repro” window

Expected result: The scroll bar is at the bottom of the window
Actual result: The scroll bar is not at the bottom
