[ScrollRect] Scroll position when using scroll wheel is not clamped when "Vertical" and "Horizontal" are not both selected
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Open and play the "Test Scene".
3. Try to scroll all the scroll views.
4. Notice that scroll views with "Horizontal" and "Vertical" options selected doesn't clamp when "Movement Type" is set to "Clamped"(GIF attached).
Reproduced with:
- 5.5.0b2
