mouse scroll to infinity with UI clamped scrollview
1. open the attached project
2. open the controls scene
3. hit play
4. scroll the scrollview with you mouse left click and drag down
Result: Even if you change the type to clamped, you'll be able to scroll down to infinity
Tested on Win 10 64bit, 5.5.0b2
