ScrollRect, GridLayoutGroup and an empty child makes the scene dirty when the scene is opened
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "ScrollRectGridSetsSceneDirty.zip" and scene "DirtyScene"
2. In Hierarchy, observe scene
Expected result: the scene is not dirty
Actual result: the scene is dirty
Reproducible with: 2017.4.39f1, 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a5
