Scroll bar distorts in the audio mixer when shrinked vertically
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a project.
2. Windows -> Audio -> Audio Mixer
3. Click on the '+' icon to create an audio mixer.
4. Shrink the audio mixer window from left to right.
Actual Result: Window shrinks and the ends of scroll bar overlap each other.
Expected Result: Window shouldn't shrink more than the width of the scroll bar.
Reproducible On: 2018.3.0a10, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.1.0f2
