Script editing falls back to MonoDevelop after using Visual Studio and closing it
1. Had Visual Studio 2012 open with some solution
2. Opened Unity and created a C# script
3. Double clicked on the script -> a second instance of VS2012 opened as expected (now I thought it might matter which kind of script I opened, so moved to step 4)
4. Create JS script and double click. -> Script opens for editing in my already opened second instance of VS as expected.
5. Close both instances of VS and try to open the C# script again -> Progress bar that says smth like "Opening Visual Studio" shows up, disappears and MonoDevelop starts instead
