Script always opened in existing Visual Studio instance instead of opening in the one set in Preferences
Set External Editor to VS 2010. Open script in it. Set External Editor to VS 2012. Open script again.
Expected: VS 2012 opens with the script.
Actual: script still opens in VS 2010
