Regression
Yes
ScreenCapture.CaptureScreenshot doesn't work properly in 2017.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project "New Unity Project.zip"
2. Press Play
3. Observe the picture saved in the project folder
4. Switch game window size around, dock editor to one side of the monitor
5. Press Play
6. Observe picture is not what it should be
Expected: The screen capture always capture the same amount of the game Window smaller or bigger but doesn't climb outside into the editor
Actual: Depending on the size and aspect ration of the window, the screenshot gets off centered and doesn't provide uniform results
Reproduced on: 2017.3.0a1, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.0a3
Regression introduced in: 2017.1.0a2
Doesn't reproduce on 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0a1
Note: Regression introduced with the change from "Application.CaptureScreenshot" to "ScreenCapture.CaptureScreenshot".

Also happening for me in 2017.3.0f3 (GTX 970). Only happens in the Editor though, not the standalone builds.

This is not a duplicate of the issue that it was marked as duplicate of.
This issue is has nothing to do with values less than 1 for supersize.
I am experience this issue as well, the ScreenCapture.CaptureScreenshot() function does not work as intended at all. The capture is off centered, etc...
The duplicate mark on this post should be removed and the issue should be tracked separately.
