Monitor selection for Mac/Linux resolution dialog
-e: an option to select the output screen was added to Windows resolution dialog of standalone builds but it is not available for the other platforms (osx & linux)
-repro:
--have a setup with more than one screen
--make standalone build
--run with showing the resolution dialog
--NOTICE it is only available on Windows
