'Screen position out of view frustum' is thrown when opening project

2) In scene view select any GameObject. Notice error message in the console.

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
After some tests and a discussion with Karl Jones:
The situation with people using a Unity version that creates a corruption in the State Cache and re-open it in a Unity version that corrects the corruption will be pretty rare.
The final solution is simply to clean the project's library folder if the problem is encountered by a user at some point.
