[SceneView] Selection Outline displays artefacts with VFX graph assets
Repro steps:
1. Create a new VFX asset and drag it into the scene
2. In the scene view, make sure Selection Outline is enabled.
3. Select the VFX instance
4. Observe the graphical artefacts
5. Switch to a mesh output
6. Select the VFX isntace
7. Observe the mesh outline (gif attached)
Expected outcome: for the system to be outlined. If that is not feasible, for the outline to be disabled for the VFX Graph.
