Scene's pixelRect size changes depending if it contains the users mouse
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project in Unity
2. Make sure both the Console and Scene windows are visible
3. Move your mouse in and out of the Scene view
4. Observe the size change in the console
Result: scene view size depends whether the mouse is in it or not.
Workaround: undock the Scene window
Tested and reproduced on: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.1f1, 5.4.1p4 5.5.0b7
