Scenes in HDRP Sample project are dirty on project creation
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Sample project
2. Observe header of the scene in the Hierarchy
Expected results: There is no "*" and scene is not dirty because no changes were made
Actual results: Scene is dirty
Reproducible with: 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8 (6.0.18, 6.0.11 template versions)
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
