Regression
No
Scene View Tool Value Textfields have no character limits and lead the Editor to memory issues and freezes
How to reproduce:
1. Open any Project
2. Open Scene View
3. In any of the toolbar input fields (grid size, increment snapping...) start entering characters without pressing Enter
Expected result: Input fields have character limits
Actual result: Input fields only have truncations after entering a value and fields have no character limits that lead to the Editor having memory issues and printing errors, freezes, or crashes due to memory limits
Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.16f1, 2023.1.10f1, 2023.2.6f1, 2023.3.0b4
