Scene View Cameras overlay shows "No camera found" when Main Camera exists in the scene
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
# Click the "Cameras" button in the Overlay Menu in the Scene View
# Observe the Cameras overlay
*Actual results:* "No camera found" is shown in the Cameras overlay
*Expected results:* Main Camera is shown in the Cameras overlay
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.2.0a10
*Not reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.2f1, 6000.2.0a9
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.3
