Scene view Camera's orientation can't be changed when pressing Scene Gizmo with the Hand Tool
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Select the Hand Tool or press "Q" on the keyboard
3. Press the center Gizmo in the Scene view
Expected result: Scene view's Camera orientation changes to Isometric view
Actual result: No change happens
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a19, 2020.3.3f1, 2021.1.2f1, 2021.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.2.0a18
